Where do I begin?
Take a look at our open positions. Once you find a role that interests you, the first step is to complete your application. Fulfill the form, leave your CV, submit all your data or if any of the open positions doesn’t suit your profile, send us your CV at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your application we will send you an email confirmation.
Your application will be checked by a Talent Acquisition Representative and a Technology Manager. Once your resume is reviewed and assessed to have a match for the open position you can expect to hear from us within a few days to conduct a short screening call via phone. Depending on the outcome of the call, you may move forward to the first interview.
Who is it for?
Full-time students pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related fields;
Recent graduates with IT degrees or tech background;
Enthusiasts keen to explore new perspectives and gain knowledge in software development.
We would like to hear more from you in an HR interview
The first interview is a cultural fit interview conducted by a Talent Acquisition Representative. It can be arranged via video call or in-person. During the HR interview, we would like to better understand your skills, experience, and motivation. HR interviews are two-way conversations and an opportunity to learn new things about the role and Intertec.

Second time for a Technical Interview
The second interview is a technical Interview, held by a technical interviewer. It is an assessment of your coding skills. We would like to know how you approach, analyze and solve technical problems. Therefore we use high-quality questions that are tailored to the job that you are applying for. You can also expect to get assigned a task during the interview.
We offer you an option to get:
A 3-month full-time internship program;
Complete an academic project that has been approved by a faculty supervisor.
An offer or a feedback
If we find a cultural and a technical match we might extend you an offer. Otherwise will give you feedback and an explanation for our decision. However, this does not mean that this is the end of your journey with us. In the future if you are a match for another role we may reach out to you.
