CV Review

Review resumes and applications to match skills needed for the particular open position. The candidates whose skills, experience and tech stack are a match are connected by the Recruitment team in order to schedule an interview.

HR Interview

The HR interview, after pre-selection and screening, assesses a candidate’s personality, strengths, weaknesses, and cultural and behavioral fit, while also sharing the company’s values, goals, and benefits.

Technical Interview

The next stage will be a technical interview related to your CV and experience. Depending on the position you have applied for, you might be asked to submit samples of your work or take a skill test.

An Offer, or Feedback

In the final step of Intertec’s recruitment process. Once a decision is made, the Recruiter either presents an offer or provides detailed feedback, ensuring all candidates receive feedback.
