Intertec was founded in 2015 with a mission to build exceptional teams of engineers that empower company executives worldwide and bring their ideas to life. We’ve grown significantly over the last 9 years and employ more than 150 talented people today. We expanded our tech competence and domain expertise by collaborating with clients across multiple business domains. Today, we deliver our clients’ innovations to market, whilst sharing their values and challenging their ideas.

Things that drive us forward

We give back to the community

Back in 2020, we joined our two passions, riding bikes and raising awareness for those in need, into the annual Cycle4Chairty event. Each year, together we ride through the streets of Skopje to raise awareness. We believe that by participating we are not only helping those in need, but we are also making a difference while achieving a greater sense of personal satisfaction and growth.

We love outdoor activities

We realize that spending time in nature and enjoying the natural light can improve your mood and help create great bonds especially if you are doing it with your people. When we are not in the office, you will see us climbing mountain peaks, running at the Skopje WizzAir marathon, which has become our annual tradition, or winning matches against other teams in the local IT football league.

We know how to party

Our team loves to have a good time, express their personality, and show it off to the world. We dancе like nobody is watching at our annual summer and winter parties, show off our excellent skills at our team-building events, or celebrate Oktoberfest and we take pride in doing it with a smile. Life is too short not to have fun while you work.

We enjoy mentorship

Each year, we take the time to participate in student tech events, where we share our knowledge, motivate, and show to next generations of IT students how we do it. In the last 3 years, we started our own “InterHack” hackathon, where we gather developers and tech enthusiasts who put their skills into practice and build projects using different types of technologies.
