Meraxis approached us with a challenge: their sales process was mostly manual, slow, and cumbersome, leading to inefficient operations and complex customer communication.

Our consultancy partner INC worked on-premise with Meraxis to identify how they currently work, the types of documents they use, how they communicate internally and with their clients, and how they work with their existing ERP (SAP).
We received a description of the business need and high-level features and deliverables that the software solution should cover. We worked together with INC to define the broad strokes of the idea, the first cost estimation of the entire project timeline, and the processes and capacity needed to execute it.
We applied agile methodologies to our firmly established processes to ensure that we deliver the right solution to our client - software that is user-friendly and integrated seamlessly with our client's existing systems and workflows.
