Challenge

Meraxis approached us with a challenge: their sales process was mostly manual, slow, and cumbersome, leading to inefficient operations and complex customer communication.

They wanted a solution that would streamline their sales process, improve the user experience, and provide transparency to their end customers.

In order to better understand our client's pain points in the existing workflows, our team collaborated with INC Invention Center, our partner specializing in consultancy services.

Together with them, we explored different solutions, from building custom solutions to adopting other CRM systems, including Salesforce and their ERP system - SAP.

Our consultancy partner INC worked on-premise with Meraxis to identify how they currently work, the types of documents they use, how they communicate internally and with their clients, and how they work with their existing ERP (SAP).

We received a description of the business need and high-level features and deliverables that the software solution should cover. We worked together with INC to define the broad strokes of the idea, the first cost estimation of the entire project timeline, and the processes and capacity needed to execute it.
