  • CAPEX reporting lacked transparency and made capital planning reactive;

We created and delivered a fully unified data platform, and we combined scattered files and disconnected systems into one fully functioning system that stakeholders can rely on.

  • Connected data sources: We used Azure-native pipelines to automatically pull data from Immopac, Excel, and SharePoint.  
  • Reliable data: With Databricks, we cleaned and standardized metrics like CAPEX burn per m² and ESG scoring across properties.  
  • Scalable structure: Data was stored using Delta Lake on ADLS Gen2, making it easy to trace and audit.  
  • Visualization: We built Power BI dashboards tailored to specific roles, such as Portfolio Manager, Project Lead, ESG Officer...  
  • Live Sync with Immopac: Closed the loop by writing back selected KPIs directly to planning tools
