Solution

The end-to-end data-engineering solution on Microsoft Azure connects Immopac modules, third-party Excel energy files, and SharePoint-hosted Access databases, then uses Azure Data Factory to automate extraction, cleansing, merging, and KPI enrichment while standardising file types and streaming live operational records through Azure Event Hub and Azure Stream Analytics. 

Cleaned data lands in a tiered storage designraw backups for audit, an aggregated layer for curated datasets, and a history-tracking data warehouse optimised for reporting - before feeding automated Power BI dashboards that cover DCM Controlling (portfolio + CAPEX), PM Controlling (project-level), and Sustainability Reporting (energy, water, CO₂); analysts can further explore the data via Azure Synapse Analytics. The platform automatically processes more than 100 Immopac tables, delivers real-time self-service dashboards, writes newly derived KPIs back into Immopac to improve future planning, and protects information with granular access controls.
